The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a beautiful view of Spandau Lake. While there was a mix-up with our room selection, the overall stay was pleasant and relaxing. The service was friendly but at times required assistance from management. The hotel's location, although strict in some policies, provides convenient access to the pool and sauna areas. Dining options were varied but slightly expensive if not part of a package deal.
